In this role, our Admissions Advisors will be prepared by successfully completing an initial training and/or certification process. Under supervision, the Advisor is responsible for working with future students.The process includes all phases of the Admissions process from marketing the program with future students to qualifying them for enrollment. The Advisor resolves most enrollment questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
Work Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Thu and 8am-4pm Fridays.
Perform a variety of general office activities with a basic understanding of departmental procedures.

Adult Health (Medical-Surgical) Nursing
The focus of this course is on the needs of adult patients and their families in relation to health promotion and management of conditions that require acute and chronic care. The nursing process is used in the discussion of health alterations affecting selected life processes. Students continue their professional skill development as members of the health team.
Fundamental Nursing Skills
Content focuses on health promotion and the rehabilitative aspects of patient care. Students provide direct patient care in the acquisition of skills and concepts of professional nursing. The nursing process is utilized as the student implements basic aspects of nursing practice.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Evenings and Weekend Program clinical teaching schedules may include rotations on weekdays until 11:00 pm and weekends

The Associate Dean of General Education (ADGE) directs and provides leadership for all campus level General Education faculty to ensure faculty and curricula are current and consistently delivered in an environment and manner that achieves superior student outcomes. Must be qualifed to teach Anatomy and Physiology or Microbiology

Reporting to the Dean, Campus Operations, the Assistant Director, Admissions, will assist in the management of a team of Advisors. The Assistant Director, Admissions, will be responsible for the implementation of student recruitment strategies and the management of training resources available to Advisors, and will assist in the execution of the business plan, the control of expenses and other managerial functions as needed. The Assistant Director, Admissions, will work with future students and is responsible for all phases of the Admissions process from marketing the program with students to qualifying them for enrollment. In addition, the Assistant Director, Admissions, resolves most complex enrollment questions and problems.

In the role of Student Service Advisor with our newest Chamberlain College of Nursing campus in Irwindale, CA, you will be responsible for promoting student success through accurate and responsive advisement in the areas of academics, student finance and other service-related areas.
Reporting directly to the Manager, Student Services, on the campus, you will be responsible and accountable for the advisement of students within your group and serve as a primary point of contact for specific students within your assigned portfolio. You will function as a role model for our TEACH values and foster a culture of CARE consistent with Chamberlain’s mission, vision and purpose throughout your students’ entire academic lifecycle.
