The Clinical Learning Specialist, under the direction of the Dean Curriculum & Instruction, is responsible for collaborating with course leaders to design and implement innovative, high quality clinical/experiential learning content and experiences within the BSN (pre-licensure) curriculum that help students apply knowledge to clinical practice and achieve course and program outcomes. These clinical experiences may include direct care practice and indirect care practice. The process of designing relevant experiences will include creation/development, process improvement, teaching/learning strategies, and assessment/evaluation.
