In your role as the Technical & Simulation Support Specialist you provide Tier 2 support, utilizing your advanced technical skills and knowledge of classroom support and back office operations. You perform end-user support duties, maintain and support campus devices, and assist students and faculty with their utilization of technology at the campus and associated campuses/remote locations. Additionally, you are responsible for providing an intermediate level of technical support to the SimCare center.
