    In this role, our Admissions Advisors will be prepared by successfully completing an initial training and/or certification process.  Under supervision, the Advisor is responsible for working with future students.  The process includes all phases of the Admissions process from marketing the program with future students to qualifying them for enrollment.  The Advisor resolves most enrollment questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. 


    In this role, you will: 

    • Complete the certification process and associated training to develop broad Admissions knowledge.
    • Apply the TEACH Values in the completion of all job assignments.
    • Network and develop professional relationships to generate personally developed inquiries.
    • Provide excellent customer service to students through the application and enrollment process.
    • Screen potential student applicants by phone and set campus interviews.
    • Assess future students to ensure they have the potential, traits, characteristics, qualifications and financial wherewithal to be enrolled through graduation.
    • Conduct personal interviews to qualify candidates and to explain academic programs.
    • Advise students in program selection, test counseling, registration, etc.
    • Provide general customer service to students from enrollment through graduation.
    • Adhere to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
    • Complete other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Previous admissions experience helpful, but not required
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work within a team and be a team player
    • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated initiative
