    You will identify, establish and develop innovative partnerships, present / negotiate contracts with corporations, organizations, and community colleges to generate inquiries for recruiting prospective students and for marketing Chamberlain's BSN, MSN and DNP degree programs. This unique role encompasses promotion, outreach, marketing, public relations and healthcare while representing a fast-growing leader in nursing education. In partnership with our education and marketing teams, you will cultivate strong relationships and develop strategic opportunities for growth. Your exceptional presentation and people skills will be tremendously valuable as you represent Chamberlain at a variety of engagements, including job fairs, orientations, graduations, “lunch and learns” and other meetings.

    This is a remote position covering the state of Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will reside in the Madison or Milwaukee area. Local travel encompasses 80% while the other 20% you will be working from home.


    • Presents partner contracts to prospective organizations, negotiates contracts
    • Secures inquiries via presentations to industry leaders that promote educational programs for potential students
    • Nurtures and maintains relationships with C-Suite partner contacts at finalized partner organizations
    • Stays current with trends and initiatives within the healthcare and educational industries, gathers and communicates strategic information and recommends marketing changes or modifications, as appropriate
    • Produces activity reports on a weekly basis in a clear and concise format
    • Participates in activities such as attending healthcare industry and nursing career fairs, trade shows and conferences for the purposes of promoting Chamberlain, establishing inquiry generation contacts, and presenting Chamberlain's educational products
    • Maintains ongoing communication and collaborates on sources with our Clinical Coordination Office
    • Utilizes competent administrative skills to accomplish tasks on time and within budget
    • Completes all standard and ad hoc reports as needed


    • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business/Sales/Marketing
    • 5-7 years of successful experience in selling and managing a sales process
    • 2-3 years of experience selling services or education to the healthcare industry and hospital management companies
    • Strong relationships in the hospital management industry are a big plus
    • Highly motivated, self-driven, result-oriented, and strategic thinker
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to inspire loyalty and trust
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • A team player who is willing to share and exchange ideas for success
    • Ability to make ethical decisions--always doing what is best for our students and the company
    • Strong time management skills
