  • Opportunity at a Glance

    This role will be responsible for providing overall leadership and execution of Chamberlain University’s global partner strategy, development and management.  Reporting to the President, the Corporate Partnerships and Business Development leader will assist in identifying, securing, expanding and managing partner relationships for Chamberlain that are vital to quality student outcomes, efficient delivery, University visibility and growth. This person will inherit a team that has been focused on enrollment via hospital partners but will need to transform the group into one that delivers enrollment in addition to transformational organizational relationships.

     

    The successful candidate will have a number of proven capabilities including experience within the Healthcare sector. To capabilities, we are specifically looking for experience developing effective B2B sales strategies with a consultative mindset/approach to help clients solve business issues; the recognized ability to build executive relationships and negotiate contracts of a significant nature; expertise with corporate learning and/or corporate training; understanding and knowledge of solution selling to C-level partners and clients; familiarity with learning, certification and training space; and demonstrated leadership for hiring, developing, and retaining talent in a growing division, unit or company. 

     

    Within the Adtalem organization an effective leader will have a bias toward action, while still being skilled and comfortable working in a matrixed organization. As travel is expected, we are open to candidates outside of our Chicago Headquarter location.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant degree.
    • 10-15 years of experience in sales or marketing.
    • Strategic Growth Leadership
    • Desired experience working with multi-national and global organizations in deal development.
    • P&L Management experience.
    • B2B Sales Experience.
    • Corporate Learning and/or Training Experience.
    • Team Development and Leadership.
